You should sit in front of middle C.
Middle C is near the centre of your piano, just to the left of two black keys.
The picture above will help you. Middle C is also known as C4.

In Happy Birthday, you’ll see a B with a little b next to it. The little b means “flat”. So this note is B flat.
To find B flat, look for a black key just below B.
